Healthcare & Caregiving Trainer / Instructor
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Healthcare and Caregiving Trainer / Instructor to join our training institute and deliver high-quality instruction for healthcare and caregiving courses. The ideal candidate will have a strong healthcare background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping students develop the knowledge and practical skills needed for their future careers.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or a related healthcare qualification.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in healthcare, caregiving, teaching, or training.
- Previous experience in teaching, training, or healthcare education is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Passion for training and mentoring students in short-term vocational courses.
- Ability to deliver both theoretical and practical instruction effectively.
- Tagalog-speaking candidates are preferred.
- Professional, patient, approachable, and able to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds.
Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions for caregiving and healthcare courses, typically lasting 3–6 months.
- Deliver engaging theoretical and practical instruction based on course requirements.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, demonstrations, and other training materials.
- Demonstrate and teach essential caregiving and healthcare skills.
- Maintain accurate attendance, assessment, and training records.
- Maintain a professional, supportive, and engaging learning environment.
