Planning Engineer – Landscaping Projects
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and update project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
- Develop baseline programmes, recovery plans, and short-term look-ahead schedules.
- Monitor daily site progress and compare planned vs actual work.
- Work closely with Project Engineers, Site Engineers, and Supervisors to meet daily and weekly targets.
- Follow up on procurement activities to ensure materials and resources are available on time.
- Track approvals for materials, shop drawings, subcontractors, and authorities that may affect the schedule.
- Identify delays early and suggest practical recovery solutions.
- Monitor manpower, equipment, and productivity against planned targets.
- Attend coordination and progress meetings with internal teams and clients/consultants.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Maintain clear records of project progress and update management regularly.
- Handle and coordinate multiple landscaping projects at the same time.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in planning and scheduling, preferably in landscaping or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel.
- Good understanding of project planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
Pay: AED41.23 – AED160.39 per month
