Job Title: Full Stack Developer

Job Purpose
Responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining web applications and digital solutions that support the company’s construction projects, operations, and internal business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications according to business requirements.
- Design responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces.
- Develop secure and scalable back-end services, APIs, and database solutions.
- Integrate applications with existing company systems and third-party services.
- Develop solutions for project management, document control, HR, procurement, finance, and other business processes.
- Automate manual workflows and improve internal business processes through digital solutions.
- Manage databases, data structures, queries, and system integrations.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and system issues.
- Perform testing, deployment, maintenance, and system upgrades.
- Ensure application security, data integrity, performance, and reliability.
- Work closely with project, engineering, HR, finance, procurement, and management teams to understand requirements.
- Prepare technical documentation and provide user support and training when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, preferably in a construction, contracting, or project-based company.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
- Good experience with Node.js, .NET/C#, Python, or similar back-end technologies.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database management.
- Experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
- Knowledge of Git/version control and software development best practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
