Naseem Al Barari plans to hire tyre service technicians for the newly established tyre changing mobile service vans.
Must have a mix of technical, mechanical and customer service skills.
Technical & Mechanical Skills
Tyre Installation & Replacement – Ability to mount, dismount, and replace tyres safely.
Wheel Balancing & Alignment – Knowledge of balancing tyres and adjusting wheel alignment for optimal performance.
Tyre Repair & Patching – Ability to inspect and repair punctured or damaged tyres.
Tread Depth & Wear Analysis – Assessing tyre conditions to determine replacement or maintenance needs.
Understanding Tyre Specifications – Familiarity with different tyre types, sizes, load ratings, and pressure requirements.
Use of Tyre Service Tools – Proficiency in using equipment such as tyre changers, balancers, and air compressors.
Basic Vehicle Inspection – Checking related components such as brakes, suspension, and rims for potential issues.
Safety & Compliance
Adherence to Safety Standards – Knowledge of workplace safety practices, including proper lifting techniques and handling hazardous materials.
Understanding Local Regulations – Awareness of tyre disposal laws and environmental regulations.
Customer Service & Communication
Effective Communication – Ability to explain tyre-related issues and recommendations to customers clearly.
Customer Service Skills – Providing professional and courteous service to customers.
Problem-Solving & Attention to Detail
Diagnostic Skills – Identifying tyre-related issues, such as uneven wear or improper inflation.
Attention to Detail – Ensuring precise installation, balancing, and alignment.
Physical Stamina & Teamwork
Physical Strength & Endurance – Ability to lift and handle heavy tyres and work in various conditions.
Teamwork – Working efficiently with other technicians and service staff.
Preferable
Experience with 2 to 5 Yrs.
Valid UAE License
Visa and Health insurance will be provided as per the UAE Law
