We are hiring a Senior Business Development Executive / Sales Closer

This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for professionals with a proven track record of generating leads and closing deals, preferably in technology, AI, or Web3 services.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales and business development
  • Proven ability to generate qualified leads and convert them into paying clients
  • Experience closing deals in tech services, software development, or Web3 solutions
  • Strong network or ability to build one quickly through outbound strategies
  • Clear understanding of sales funnels, pipelines, and revenue targets
  • Confident in handling client meetings, negotiations, and deal structuring

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle: lead generation → qualification → closing
  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of high-quality prospects
  • Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and direct channels
  • Present SP L4BS services to potential clients and tailor solutions
  • Close deals and contribute directly to company revenue growth

Compensation

  • Competitive base salary
  • High-performance commission structure (focused on results)
