Trade Agent / Trade Sales Executive Jobs in Dubai at LEADER RELOCATIONS LLC
We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Trade Agent / Trade Sales Executive to manage relationships with overseas and local trade agents, handle quotation enquiries, develop new business, and coordinate shipments from initial enquiry through final delivery.
The ideal candidate should have experience in international relocation, freight forwarding, logistics, moving, or a related industry, with strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and customer-service skills.
- Handle quotation enquiries from local and overseas trade agents, prepare competitive rates, and follow up to convert quotations into confirmed business.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade agents, overseas partners, and logistics service providers to generate repeat and new business.
- Coordinate confirmed shipments from job opening through loading, documentation, invoicing, payment collection, delivery, and POD.
- Coordinate with Pricing, Export, Customer Service, Accounts, and Operations teams to ensure smooth and timely shipment execution.
- Maintain groupage/consolidation loading plans and communicate loading schedules, cut-off dates, and shipment updates to trade agents.
- Coordinate with destination agents regarding delivery arrangements, documentation, additional charges, and client/consignee details.
- Follow up on outstanding payments, approvals, documentation, and PODs, ensuring shipments are released only after required conditions are met.
- Maintain accurate shipment and agent records, monitor shipment status, resolve service issues, and ensure timely communication with agents and internal teams.
Pay: AED3,500.00 – AED4,500.00 per month
