Timekeeper / HR Assistant Jobs in Doha at new state facility management
We are currently looking for a Timekeeper / HR Assistant with excellent experience to join our team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Timekeeper and HR Assistant.
- Strong knowledge of attendance management, timesheets, and payroll support.
- Experience in HR administration, employee documentation, and record keeping.
- Good knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and HR procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Valid Qatar Driving License is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily attendance and timesheets.
- Coordinate with site supervisors regarding manpower records.
- Assist in payroll preparation and leave management.
- Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and other HR administrative activities.
- Prepare reports and ensure accurate employee records.
