E-commerce Marketplace Listing & Catalog Executive Jobs in Remote at Mourah home furniture trading LLC
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Marketplace Listing & Catalog Executive to manage and optimize product listings across multiple online marketplaces, including Amazon, Noon, and other regional or global e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure listings are accurate, optimized for visibility and conversions, and consistently updated with the latest product information, pricing, promotions, and creative assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, upload, and manage product listings across marketplaces such as Amazon, Noon, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords, attributes, and backend search terms to improve search rankings and conversion rates.
- Monitor and maintain listing quality, ensuring all product information is accurate, complete, and compliant with marketplace guidelines.
- Update product images, videos, A+ content (where applicable), and other visual assets to maximize customer engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure new product launches are listed accurately and on time.
- Regularly review and update pricing, discounts, promotions, coupons, and marketplace deals.
- Monitor Buy Box performance, listing suppression, policy violations, and other account notifications, taking corrective action when needed.
- Track inventory status and coordinate with operations to prevent stock-outs or inactive listings.
- Conduct competitor analysis and recommend improvements to pricing, content, keywords, and promotions.
- Monitor product performance, search rankings, traffic, and conversion metrics, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure all listings remain synchronized across marketplaces with the latest product information.
- Work closely with the marketing team to support seasonal campaigns, promotional events, and marketplace sales.
- Generate regular reports on listing health, optimization activities, and marketplace performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience managing product listings on Amazon, Noon, or similar e-commerce marketplaces.
- Strong understanding of marketplace listing requirements and SEO best practices.
- Experience with catalog management, product uploads, and bulk listing tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple marketplaces and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Noon Seller Lab.
- Knowledge of Amazon SEO, A+ Content, and Brand Registry.
- Experience using marketplace management tools such as ChannelEngine, Linnworks, ChannelAdvisor, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of image requirements and e-commerce merchandising.
- Experience working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
