We are looking for a skilled and reliable Carpenter to carry out carpentry works, including installation, repair, and maintenance of wooden structures, furniture, doors, cabinets, partitions, and other related works. The candidate should be able to read drawings, use hand and power tools safely, and deliver high-quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
– Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and install wooden materials and fixtures.
– Install and repair doors, windows, cabinets, wardrobes, partitions, and other carpentry items.
– Carry out maintenance and repair works as assigned.
– Read and interpret drawings, sketches, and work instructions.
– Operate carpentry tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
– Ensure all work is completed according to quality and safety standards.
– Keep the work area clean and organized.
– Coordinate with supervisors and other trades to complete projects on time.
– Report material requirements and any site issues to the supervisor.
Requirements
– Proven experience as a Carpenter.
– Good knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools.
– Ability to read technical drawings.
– Physically fit and able to work on construction and maintenance sites.
– Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
