Role Overview
We are seeking for a Timekeeper to join our team. In this in-person role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining accurate records of employee hours, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and supporting payroll processes. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be vital in managing timekeeping systems and reporting.
Responsibilities
– Maintain accurate records of employee hours and overtime.
– Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations related to timekeeping
– Assist with the preparation and processing of payroll by providing accurate time data
– Communicate effectively with employees and management regarding timekeeping inquiries
– Conduct regular audits of time records to identify discrepancies and address issues promptly
– Collaborate with HR and management to implement timekeeping policies and procedures
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
– Proven experience in a timekeeping or payroll-related role
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Proficiency in timekeeping software and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred:
– Experience with labor regulations and compliance
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
– Ability to analyze and interpret timekeeping data
– Familiarity with payroll processing systems and procedures
– Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy
