Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods to customer vessels
- Manage and maintain driver and loading schedules to ensure maximum efficiency
- Verify that correct items and quantities are being prepared and shipped
- Coordinate with operations team to meet delivery requirements
- Ensure warehouse layout is efficient and complies with safety and operational standards
- Train and supervise warehouse and dispatch staff
- Maintain accurate records for shipments, deliveries, and warehouse stock
- Operate and maintain warehouse software and systems
- Implement and enforce healthy, safety, environment and compliance protocols
