Position Summary
The Professional (PRO) / General Relations Officer (GRO) will support operations in Riyadh, acting as a key liaison between internal teams, external partners, and government entities. The role requires strong communication, project coordination, and stakeholder‑management skills to ensure smooth execution of real‑estate initiatives and compliance with local regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance relationships with government agencies, municipalities, and other public authorities in Riyadh.
- Coordinate submission, tracking, and follow‑up of permits, approvals, and compliance documentation.
- Support the project management team by preparing progress reports, status updates, and risk assessments.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external partners, vendors, and consultants, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
- Facilitate internal communication across departments (sales, finance, legal, construction) to align project deliverables.
- Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities that could impact project timelines or strategy.
- Assist in organizing and delivering presentations, workshops, and community outreach events.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, agreements, and correspondence in the company’s CRM system.
- Prepare and review documentation for internal audits and external regulatory inspections.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at streamlining processes and enhancing stakeholder satisfaction.
