Civil Inspector – Saudi National Jobs in Khobar, Saudi Arabia at Duruper
The Civil Inspector is responsible for performing inspection and quality surveillance activities for civil works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, applicable standards, and quality management system requirements. The role supports safe and compliant execution of civil construction and material testing activities across project sites.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform inspection and surveillance of civil construction works as per approved ITPs
- Inspect concrete, asphalt, precast, and structural civil works for compliance
- Evaluate batch plants and civil testing laboratories for capability and safety compliance
- Review and control full-scale plant trials for concrete, asphalt, and precast materials
- Verify material properties, test results, and construction methodologies
- Review inspection reports, test records, and quality documentation
- Ensure quality system requirements are implemented and maintained
- Coordinate with contractors, QA/QC teams, and client representatives
- Maintain accurate inspection records and reports
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in a relevant discipline with minimum 4 years of inspection experience
- Two (2) years Industrial / Technical Diploma with minimum 8 years of relevant inspection experience
- Minimum 1 year direct experience in evaluation of batch plants and civil testing laboratories
- Minimum 1 year direct experience in civil materials field or laboratory inspection
- Good working knowledge of quality system standards and inspection methods
- Internationally recognized relevant civil inspection certifications (preferred)
- If applicable, valid ARAMCO CBT with SAP number and CBT details
