Tendering & Estimation Coordinator Jobs in Doha at Inox Kitchen Equipment
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tendering & Estimation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical understanding, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under strict tender deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze tender documents, specifications, drawings, BOQs, and project requirements.
- Review and verify layouts, ensuring all dimensions, specifications, quantities, and technical details comply with tender requirements.
- Prepare and review tender pricing, ensuring accuracy and completeness before submission.
- Coordinate all required tender documents and ensure submissions are accurate, complete, and submitted within deadlines.
- Identify discrepancies, missing information, and technical requirements within tender documents.
- Quickly understand and adapt to new products, technical requirements, tender procedures, and company processes.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail throughout the tendering process.
- Take ownership of mistakes, identify their causes, and implement corrective measures to avoid repetition.
- Work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tenders and strict deadlines simultaneously.
Requirements
- Previous experience in tendering, estimation, or technical commercial roles, preferably within the construction, stainless steel, kitchen equipment, or MEP industry.
- Strong ability to read and understand technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Fast learner with the ability to understand new products and requirements quickly.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant estimation/tendering software.
