Sales and Customer Service Representative Required
At Ibda’a Al-Fareed Real Estate Development in Mecca.
We are looking for a representative with experience in sales and customer service, possessing excellent communication skills to interact with clients via mobile, WhatsApp, and call center applications, with the ability to professionally follow up with clients and transfer interested clients to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive customer calls and inquiries and respond to them professionally.
- Communicate with customers via phone, WhatsApp, and communication platforms.
- Track interested clients daily and update their information.
- Clearly and systematically explain real estate project details.
- Classify clients based on urgency and need.
- Transfer qualified clients to the sales team.
- Utilize call center software and accurately record notes.
- Maintain a professional demeanor that reflects the company’s image.
