Tender Estimator and Quantity Surveyor Jobs in Dubai at Renova 360

We are looking for an experienced Tender Estimator & Quantity Surveyor to join our Contracting team in Dubai. This is a dual-role position where the successful candidate will be responsible for both pre-contract tender estimation and post-contract Quantity Surveying (QS) activities.
The ideal candidate must have strong experience in civil construction and fit-out projects and be capable of independently managing estimating, quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost control and QS-related responsibilities.
Key ResponsibilitiesTender Estimation & Pre-Contract
- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications and BOQs.
- Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and detailed cost estimates for civil construction and fit-out projects.
- Analyse tender requirements and identify scope gaps, discrepancies and risks.
- Prepare tender pricing based on material, labour, plant, equipment and subcontractor costs.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare quotation comparisons and cost analysis.
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams during the tender stage.
- Prepare commercial tender submissions within the required deadlines.
- Identify value engineering and cost-saving opportunities.
- Conduct site visits where required to assess project conditions and requirements.
- Maintain updated records of market rates, suppliers and subcontractors.
Quantity Surveying & Post-Contract
- Prepare and manage project BOQs and quantity take-offs.
- Verify quantities and variations based on drawings and site requirements.
- Prepare and evaluate variations, change orders and additional works.
- Assist in the preparation of interim payment applications and valuations.
- Review subcontractor quotations, payments and variations.
- Monitor project costs against the approved budget.
- Assist with cost reporting and forecasting.
- Support project teams with commercial and contractual matters.
- Identify potential cost overruns and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare final accounts and support project close-out activities.
- Maintain proper documentation of quantities, variations, valuations and cost records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum 6-7 years of relevant experience in construction contracting in the UAE/GCC.
- Proven experience working in both Tender Estimation and Quantity Surveying.
- Strong experience in civil construction and fit-out projects.
- Excellent ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong knowledge of BOQs, quantity take-offs, costing and market rates.
- Experience with subcontractor and supplier management.
- Good understanding of project cost control and variation management.
- Knowledge of construction contracts and commercial terms is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD; knowledge of estimation/QS software is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, numerical and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders and projects simultaneously.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred: Candidates with UAE contracting experience and exposure to both civil construction and interior fit-out projects will be given preference.
Pay: AED7,000.00 – AED10,000.00 per month
