Telecaller – Immigration & Visa Services
Job Summary:
We are seeking a confident and results-oriented Telecaller to join our growing team in the immigration and visa consultancy field. The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, providing accurate information about our services, and scheduling consultations. This is a performance-driven role with clear growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to leads and inquiries provided by the company.
- Present and promote our immigration and visa services in a professional manner.
- Answer basic client questions and guide them toward the next steps.
- Meet daily call targets and contribute toward monthly conversion goals.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (other languages are a plus)..
- A proactive attitude with the ability to handle objections and follow up consistently.
