The Key Accounts Specialist – Bulk Section is responsible for managing and supporting high-volume (bulk) customers, ensuring smooth service delivery, maintaining strong client relationships, and coordinating between internal departments to meet customer requirements efficiently. The role focuses on account servicing, issue resolution, reporting, and ensuring customer satisfaction for large-scale accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of assigned bulk key accounts.
  • Act as the main point of contact for key customers regarding service requests, updates, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with operations, technical teams, billing, and customer service to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Monitor account performance, usage data, and service levels for bulk customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues where necessary.
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs and contractual obligations for key accounts.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status, service performance, and customer feedback.
  • Support onboarding of new bulk customers, including documentation and coordination.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, renewal, and upselling services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account activities in CRM systems.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and customer agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key account stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • PMP/ PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification
  • Minimum 13 years of experience in electrical engineering, metering operations, key account management, or utlity project management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good analytical and reporting skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and work under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.

  • Bachelor’s (Required)

Experience:

  • Key Accounts Specialist (Bulk): 10 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • PMP/ PRINCE2 or equivalent certification (Required)
