We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Supervisor with 3-4 years of experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
Supervise and train staff to maintain high service and operational standards.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and F&B industry standards.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Assist in scheduling shifts and managing employee performance.
Generate reports on operational performance and provide insights for improvements.
Requirements:
3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role within the F&B industry especially related with the Chocolates and Bakery items.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and team management abilities.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Knowledge of inventory management and operational procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or relevant software.

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
