We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Salon Manager to lead our team in a well-established women’s salon. If you have a passion for beauty, excellent leadership skills, and a strong background in salon management, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the salon, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the salon team, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and organization.
- Manage appointment scheduling and ensure timely service delivery.
- Handle inventory management, product ordering, and stock control.
- Ensure sales targets are met by promoting services and products.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with all salon policies and industry regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Salon Manager or similar role in the beauty industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of beauty treatments, hair, makeup, and salon operations.
- Ability to manage inventory and salon finances efficiently.
- Proficiency in using salon management software.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month
