About the Role
Etica Marketing Management is looking for an experienced and motivated Telesales Executive to join our team and handle sales and customer engagement through TikTok and other digital channels.
The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background in the UAE, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of TikTok and social media platforms.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of telesales/sales experience in the UAE
- Arabic-speaking candidate preferred
- Experience in customer communication, lead generation, and closing sales
- Good understanding of TikTok, TikTok Live, and social media marketing
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and leads
- UAE market experience is required
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers through phone calls and digital leads
- Generate and qualify leads from TikTok and social media campaigns
- Present products/services and convert leads into sales
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain strong relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead conversion
