Telesales Executive (Indians) Jobs in Dubai at BEING BROTHERS TEXTILES PVT. LTD.
Responsible for all aspects of the dining room. Providing leadership to junior staff, organization and development of restaurant standard operating procedures, ensuring guests satisfaction and service standards are met.
The restaurant manager will have a strong understanding of coffee, tea and matcha. Experience in established restaurants/cafes and have a proven track record of leading successful teams. This is a hands on roll.
– Ensure all restaurant policies on staff performance are followed.
– Work with the Head Chef to guarantee any issues within the restaurant are resolved in a timely manner.
– Schedule teams accordingly to ensure service needs are met but labor cost is controlled.
– Ensure bar is clean, stocked and glassware polished.
– Make employments decisions in both hiring and terminations.
– Control cash, receipts by following company procedures regarding the handling of funds and sensitive documents.
– Develop and plan marketing initiatives based on guest feedback.
– Providing team members with sales targets and incentives.
– Fully understand and comply with laws regarding safety, requirements of the restaurant and the health and wellbeing of staff and guests.

Pay: AED10,000.00 – AED14,000.00 per month
