Location: Sharjah
Key Responsibilities
Government Relations:
Process, renew, and maintain all government permits, visas, labour cards, and other mandatory documentation for employees and the company.
Coordinate with various government entities, including immigration, labour departments, and municipality offices, to ensure timely submission of required paperwork.
Manage trade license renewals, modifications, and updates in compliance with UAE laws.
Address official inspections, audits, or other government inquiries.
Documentation and Compliance:
Handle attestation and notarization of documents as needed for legal and professional purposes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all employee and company documentation.
Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws, visa requirements, and other regulatory obligations.
Stay informed of changes in government policies and procedures to advise management.
Employee Support:
Assist employees with visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and Emirates ID processing.
Provide guidance on UAE legal and regulatory requirements for expatriates and Emiratis.
Company Representation:
Represent the company in official meetings, hearings, and other government proceedings.
Build and sustain strong relationships with key government officials and departments to facilitate smooth operations.
Qualifications
UAE National (Emirati) – Mandatory
Education: High school diploma or higher; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience:
Proven experience as a PRO or similar role in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor, immigration, and municipality procedures.
Strong knowledge of UAE governmental entities, regulations, and procedures.
Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
