We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Call Center team. As a Sales Representative, you will assist clients with account inquiries, information, and promote our services. Training will be provided—no prior experience required.
Job Description
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
Answer inbound calls and respond to client inquiries about Forex trading.
Provide basic information on how Forex trading works and our platform features.
Guide clients through the account registration and funding process.
Promote trading services and encourage platform usage.
Maintain a professional and helpful attitude in all client interactions.
Keep records of calls and update client information in the system.
Understanding prospects / clients requirement & needs for providing relevant information & timely market information accordingly
Experience
Freshers most welcome & Experience also can apply
Languages preferred
([Malayalam],Hindi, English, Tamil, Kannada) required.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
