Key Responsibilities
- Primarily contact customers through calls and follow-ups
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic & English (Mandatory)
- 3–5 years of relevant UAE experience is mandatory
- Experience in fit-out, furniture, or interior decoration is preferred
- Female candidates preferred
- Smart, confident, and presentable personality
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
- Valid UAE Driving License is an added advantage
Fixed Salary (AED 3,000 – 4,000) + Commission
