Responsibilities:
Cold calling people using the given office phone.
Using existing databases to create new leads.
Research and create new databases (industry-wise) that can generate prospective customers.
Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.
Follow up on leads, track progress, and maintain a sales pipeline.
Regularly coordinate with the sales team and assist them in dealing with clients.
Use scripts to provide information about product features, prices, etc., and present their benefits.
Draft official emails internally and externally as per requirement.
Be well updated with the company products and services.

Skills & Experience:
Understanding customer requirements by raising the right questions and suggesting them with the right solutions.
Being friendly and persuasive while dealing with clients.
Being patient and cool-tempered while addressing aggressiveness and complaints.
Documenting and updating the latest information on clients and leads.
Going the “extra mile” to meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales.
Proficiency in English; local knowledge will be a plus.
Reporting to the concerned manager daily/weekly as per instructed.
Adhering to the company’s rules and regulations.
Minimum Qualifications:
Any bachelor’s degree. Knowledge of the Qatar market. Exposure to IT products and services.
