JOB RESPONSIBILITIES FOR E-COMMERCE SALES EXECUTIVE
Online Marketplaces, Social Media marketing and managing the existing website.
Online Marketplaces:
1. Managing the existing accounts in Amazon, Noon, Carrefour and other marketplaces in online.
2. Update the product listing and prices on regular basis.
3. Create manually and catalogue items from the marketplaces.
4. Thorough product knowledge is important to make sure the product features and specifications are correctly posted in different platforms.
5. Order management and fulfilment is important.
6. Achieving the monthly sales target given for each platform.

8. Cross checking the payment receive against each order on monthly basis do the needful adjustment.
Social Media Marketing:
Generating business through Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and other social media.
1. Managing the pages, post the product campaigning, company profile and activities.
2. Highlighting the company strengths and achievements.
3. Boosting the advertisement of company offerings.
4. Excellent critical thinking, interpersonal, communication, time-management and problem-solving skills
5. Ability to use social media for impressions and brand awareness.
6. Excellent knowledge of social media platforms including GMB, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook
7. Understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics and SEO
8. Experience doing buyer persona and audience research
9. Familiarity with publishing and web design and development.
Website development:
1. Managing company existing website.
2. Product listing and update the pricing.
3. Content creating, product offers, sales promotion.
4. Order fulfilment and processing.
5. Communicate with the customer directly.
6. Generating new business leads through the website.
7. Manage customer complaint and suggestions.
8. Newsletter publishing.
