We’re Hiring: Telecom Sales Team Leader
Location: Qatar
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecom Sales Team Leader to lead and develop our growing outdoor sales team.
If you have strong leadership skills, telecom sales experience, and a passion for achieving targets and developing sales teams, we’d like to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 20+ Outdoor Sales Executives.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and drive the team to achieve them.
- Manage sales performance for Giga Home and Mobility products and services.
- Conduct regular sales training, coaching, and performance development for team members.
- Conduct field visits with the sales team to monitor performance, support customer acquisition, and improve sales techniques.
- Motivate the team and create a strong performance-driven sales culture.
- Support the team in acquiring new customers and identifying new sales opportunities.
- Work closely with management to achieve overall sales and revenue targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of sales team leadership.
- Telecom sales experience is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Valid Qatar Driving License.
- Preferred age: Below 40 years.
