About Us:
NHD Interiors is a leading interior design and fit-out company specializing in luxury villas, residential interiors, renovations, and extensions across Dubai. We are looking for a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our growing team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in interior design and fit-out projects in the UAE.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, and Photoshop.
- Strong knowledge of space planning, material selection, and furniture detailing.
- Experience in preparing concept designs, mood boards, working drawings, and 3D visualizations.
- Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams.
- Knowledge of UAE authority approvals and fit-out processes is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts.
- Prepare detailed drawings, BOQs, and material specifications.
- Create high-quality 3D renders and presentations.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate project execution.
- Ensure designs are delivered within timelines and project budgets.
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide design solutions.
