We are looking for a motivated and confident Female Telecaller to join our team in Dubai. Candidates with prior experience are preferred; however, freshers are also welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on inquiries
Provide information about services and handle customer queries
Schedule appointments and maintain call records
Build and maintain good relationships with clients
Achieve daily/weekly calling targets
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus
