Oscar Legacy Auto Services is looking for a professional and customer-focused Telecaller (Female ) to join our growing team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and experience in customer service or telecalling. Previous experience in the automotive industry is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our services.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with customers.
- Support the sales team with customer coordination and administrative tasks.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM system.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- Female
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or telecalling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Good computer skills (MS Office and CRM systems are a plus).
- Automotive industry experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
