Waitress ensures a seamless, high-quality dining experience by greeting guests, taking accurate orders, serving food and beverages, and processing payments. They act as the primary liaison between diners and the kitchen, manage table cleanliness, and maintain excellent customer service.
Core Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Welcome customers warmly, escort them to tables, and present menus.
- Order Taking: Answer menu questions, offer recommendations, and relay accurate orders to kitchen and bar staff using POS systems.
- Service Delivery: Serve food and drinks promptly, refill beverages, and check in to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Payment Processing: Prepare and deliver bills, handle cash/credit transactions, and process payments accurately.
- Maintenance: Clear tables, reset dining areas, and strictly adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR2,500.00 – QAR3,500.00 per month
