Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Telecaller to be the first voice of TriMediaX. Your mission is simple: connect with business owners and decision-makers, spark their interest with our FREE Digital Marketing Audit offer, and book qualified meetings for our Digital Marketing Team to pitch our agency plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make a minimum of 200 outbound calls daily to prospect businesses from provided lead lists
  • Introduce TriMediaX and offer a FREE business audit covering the prospect’s digital presence, ads, and growth opportunities
  • Qualify prospects by identifying decision-makers, business type, and marketing pain points
  • Schedule confirmed meetings (in-person or virtual) between qualified prospects and the Digital Marketing Team
  • Follow approved call scripts while adapting tone and pitch to each prospect
  • Log every call outcome, prospect detail, and appointment accurately in the CRM
  • Send follow-up messages via WhatsApp or email to confirm scheduled meetings and reduce no-shows
  • Reschedule missed appointments and re-engage cold or unresponsive leads
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for call volume, connection rate, and meetings booked
  • Share prospect feedback and objections with the team to refine scripts and targeting

KPIs

  • 200+ outbound calls per day
  • Minimum daily/weekly target of qualified meetings booked (set by management)
  • Show-up rate on scheduled meetings
  • Accurate and complete CRM logging

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or appointment setting, preferably in a digital marketing agency, media, or B2B services environment
  • UAE/GCC market experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent spoken English; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a plus
  • Confident, persuasive phone manner with strong objection-handling skills
  • Comfortable with high call volumes and a target-driven environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, dialers, and WhatsApp Business
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing services (ads, social media, websites) is an advantage
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and resilient with a positive attitude
