Junior Quality Inspector Jobs in Dubai at Al Mufilh Eng Turning LLC
Job Responsibilities
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
- Perform dimensional inspection of precision-machined components.
- Conduct stage inspection, final inspection, and incoming inspection.
- Assist with FAI (First Article Inspection) activities.
- Inspect raw materials and outsourced processes.
- Use precision measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, etc.
- Maintain inspection reports and quality records.
- Verify calibration status of measuring and inspection equipment.
- Assist in identifying and reporting NCRs.
- Follow company quality procedures and customer requirements.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in QC/inspection, preferably in a CNC/precision machining environment.
- Good knowledge of engineering drawings and GD&T.
- Basic knowledge of precision measuring instruments.
- Knowledge of API 7-2 / API 5CT inspection will be an advantage.
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related qualification preferred.
- Willingness to work shifts when required.
Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
