Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Tele Sales Marketing Lead to lead our telesales team, drive revenue growth, and develop effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in telesales, business development, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a telesales team of at least 5 members.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and ensure achievement.
- Monitor individual and team sales performance and prepare regular reports.
- Develop and implement telesales and marketing strategies to generate new business.
- Train, coach, and support team members to improve sales performance.
- Monitor call quality, conversion rates, follow-ups, and customer engagement.
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue.
- Handle escalated customer queries and support the team in closing challenging deals.
- Maintain accurate sales records and ensure proper CRM/database management.
- Coordinate with management and other departments to achieve overall business objectives.
- Continuously evaluate sales performance and implement corrective actions where required.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, sales, or business development.
- Proven experience in managing and supervising a sales team of 5 or more members.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Experience in coaching and motivating telesales representatives.
- Good knowledge of CRM systems, sales reporting, and lead management.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and highly motivated.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced sales environment.
- UAE sales experience is preferred.
Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED4,001.00 per month
