Role Purpose:
Perform Field Repairs and Preventative Maintenance of Coolers to Reduce Breakdown Time.
Accountabilities:
- Repair Coolers as Per Standard Diagnosis and Repair Procedure to Minimize Cooler Downtime and Rework Requirement.
- Execute Scheduled Preventive Maintenance as Per Plan in a Cost Effective and Timely Manner to Minimize Irregular Breakdowns.
- Report the Job Done through Electronic Service Order using Handheld with Accurate and Complete Information as per MEM Policy at Every Call.
- Handle the Spare Parts Inventory in Service Van & Maintain Standard Inventory Levels.
- Educate Customers on Basic Equipment Repair and Maintenance.
- Perform all Activities in a Safe Manner as Per Local Safety standards.
- Operate & Maintain Service Vehicle as per Standard Regulations and Manufacturer Recommendation.
