We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef in our Kitchen lead the preparation of high-quality cafe meals and Beverages in a fast-paced kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking, a creative approach to menu development, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. As a Chef, you will oversee food preparation, ensure consistency and quality, and help create a memorable dining experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and quality standards
- skills in sandwich & burger , kabob tikka
- Develop and update menu items, considering seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation to ensure timely service
- Monitor food stock, place orders, and manage inventory to reduce waste and control costs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, complying with food safety and sanitation standards
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
- Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented to a high standard
- Collaborate with management on menu planning, pricing, and special promotions
Must have 1 years minimum experience in the UAE for the position.
