Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
Responsible for the service and repair of cooling units for trucks, vans (LCV) and trailers.
Work with different materials and tools due to the diversity of our products and technologies.
Work under supervision of the workshop supervisor and the workshop in charge.
Make correct diagnoses based on breakdowns or customer explanations.
Able to work independently with attention to quality, safety, and cleanliness.
Perform all tasks and activities with care and respect.
Carry out maintenance and repair jobs within predetermined standard times.
Responsible for your own toolbox and materials, ensuring everything is in perfect and safe working condition.
Quality and customer satisfaction are top priorities.
Manage day-to-day workshop operations, optimize processes and workflows, and set standards to meet customer expectations.
Respect and comply with company safety rules and regulations.
Able to work independently as well as in a team.
Willing to help and support colleagues/technicians when necessary.
Ensure all safety instructions and regulations are implemented and complied with, taking corrective actions in cooperation with the Safety Officer when necessary.
Qualifications & Experience
Qualification – Electro Mechanical / Automotive.
Experience – 1 to 3 years.
Solid technical knowledge gained over the years.
Proficient knowledge of electronics and transport refrigeration is a serious asset.
