Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Breakdowns: Diagnose and repair electrical faults on offset, flexographic, or digital printing presses during emergency stops.
- Preventive Maintenance: Inspect motors, sensors, wiring, and control panels routinely to avoid production downtime.
- PLC and Drive Support: Monitor, adjust, and troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
- Read Schematics: Interpret complex electrical blue prints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Education: ITI, Diploma, or Degree in Electrical Engineering or valid electrician certification.
- Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on industrial electrical experience, ideally within the printing, packaging, or manufacturing sector.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong background in three-phase power systems, motor controls, and low-voltage electronic circuits.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to factory safety rules, lockout/tagout (LOTO) protocols, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements
Pay: AED1,500.00 – AED2,500.00 per month
