Technical Support for HR Systems Implementation Jobs in Dubai, UAE at Smart Galaxy Solutions
We are looking for skilled young professionals to assist in the implementation and support of our Human Resources systems used by government entities and major institutions in the United Arab Emirates. The role combines an understanding of HR procedures, direct communication with clients, training them, and transferring knowledge effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Receive inquiries and support requests from clients through established channels (phone, email, ticketing system), analyze and track them until closure within agreed service levels (SLA).
• Participate in system implementation for clients: preparing basic data, supporting data migration activities, and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Understand client requirements and document them clearly and accurately, converting them into actionable inputs for the technical team.
• Prepare and document user manuals and technical documentation, workflow diagrams, and troubleshooting steps for recurring issues.
• Conduct training sessions and transfer knowledge to end-users, monitoring their usage of the system during the transition period post-implementation.
• Coordinate with development teams and quality assurance to track observations and adjustments until delivery.
• Prepare regular reports on the status of requests and recurring issues, suggesting improvements to the system and processes.
