Job Title: System and Process Auditor – Automobile Company
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented System and Process Auditor to evaluate, analyze, and improve the internal systems and processes within our automobile company. The auditor will ensure that operational, financial, and compliance controls are effectively implemented, identify areas for efficiency improvements, and assess the performance of systems in line with industry standards and company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Audit Systems and Processes: Conduct audits of various internal systems, processes, and controls related to manufacturing, supply chain, inventory management, quality assurance, and sales.
Compliance Verification: Ensure that company operations and systems comply with regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, environmental regulations, and safety requirements).
Risk Assessment: Identify and evaluate potential risks in processes and systems, proposing solutions to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency.
Performance Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of current systems and processes, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or gaps, and recommending improvements.
Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations, and follow-up plans. Ensure proper documentation of audit procedures and outcomes.
Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, IT, etc.) to implement corrective actions and improvements based on audit findings.
System Upgrades and Automation: Evaluate and recommend technological upgrades or automation solutions to improve process efficiency, data accuracy, and system integration.
Training and Awareness: Educate employees on audit processes, compliance, and best practices to promote adherence to internal controls and company policies.
Internal Control Development: Contribute to the design and improvement of internal control frameworks and auditing protocols for all departments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in auditing systems and processes, preferably in the automobile or manufacturing sector.
Strong knowledge of industry-specific regulations, such as ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.), supply chain management, and quality control systems.
Proficiency in audit tools, data analysis software, and ERP systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
