About the Role
We are seeking a customer-focused and technically knowledgeable Technical Sales Executive to join our Architectural Products Showroom in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have experience in showroom sales and a strong understanding of architectural and interior building products. This role involves assisting architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and end clients in selecting the right products while driving showroom sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers, architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and developers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable architectural products and technical solutions.
- Prepare quotations, technical submittals, and product presentations.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the estimation, design, and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and project execution.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate new business opportunities.
- Keep the showroom well-organized and ensure products are displayed professionally.
- Stay updated on new products, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in technical sales or showroom sales of architectural or interior products.
- Strong knowledge of architectural building materials and interior finishing products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to read architectural drawings and understand project specifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
