Technical Program Manager ( Airport Systems) Jobs in Doha at Madre Integrated Engineering
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of the contract, including SLA and KPI performance.
- Act as the primary interface with the client and lead contract governance meetings.
- Manage manpower resourcing, mobilization and certified coverage across all technical disciplines.
- Handle escalations related to major incidents and SLA breaches.
- Manage OEMs and subcontractors under a single service delivery framework.
- Monitor commercial performance and cost-optimization commitments.
- Maintain contract risk registers and manage transition activities with minimum operational disruption.
- Review and approve monthly service performance reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT or related discipline; postgraduate qualification preferred.
- PMP or PgMP certification.
- ITIL Expert / ITIL Managing Professional certification.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in ICT/ELV service delivery.
- Experience managing large-scale 24/7 maintenance or managed-services contracts.
- Airport or mission-critical operations experience strongly preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management, commercial, governance and leadership skills.
- Must comply with HSE and cybersecurity requirements and be eligible to hold an MOI airport security pass.
