This role will be responsible to :

• Assist in the preparation of detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
• Conduct site inspections and prepare comprehensive reports on the progress and quality of construction work
• Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
• Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team, including troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Participate in the development and implementation of project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans
• Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Technical Officer or in a similar technical role.

• Strong working knowledge of Mechanical and HVAC engineering principles, construction methods, and project management. techniques.

• Proficient in the use of AutoCAD, BIM software, and other engineering design tools.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

• Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

• Airport experience can be added advantage.
