Technical Office / Tender Engineer – Civil | Qatar
We are looking for an experienced Technical Office / Tender Engineer – Civil to join our team in Qatar.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering – Mandatory
- Minimum 8 years of total experience
- Minimum 5 years of GCC experience
- Strong experience in Technical Office and Tender Preparation
- Experience in earthworks – Mandatory
- Infrastructure and road works experience preferred
- Marine / marine civil, dredging or reclamation experience – Highly Preferred
- Strong experience in quantity take-offs, BOQ, estimation, rate analysis and tender documentation
- Experience in method statements, technical submissions, drawings/specification review, cost analysis and value engineering
- Experience with subcontractor/supplier quotations, variations, claims and post-contract quantity reconciliation
