Job Title: Technical Engineer

Salary: AED 12,000 – 15,000 (Lump Sum Package)

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Technical Engineer to support the planning, coordination, and execution of high-rise and luxury villa construction projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to ensure project compliance with client requirements, engineering standards, and UAE authority regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to ensure technical accuracy and constructability.
- Prepare, review, and manage shop drawings, technical submittals, method statements, and material approvals.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with project specifications, UAE building codes, and authority regulations.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring technical progress.
- Manage Requests for Information (RFIs), technical queries, and design revisions.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards and technical compliance.
- Support procurement by reviewing technical specifications and material requirements.
- Coordinate with BIM and design teams to identify and resolve design clashes.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and progress updates for project management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related Engineering discipline (Mandatory).
- Strong understanding of UAE construction practices, engineering standards, and authority requirements.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical documentation.
Experience Required
- 10+ years of experience in high-rise and luxury villa construction projects within the UAE.
- Proven experience working with reputable construction companies.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, technical coordination, and project execution.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Technical Skills
- Excellent knowledge of UAE construction codes and regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with BIM coordination is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) procedures.
