Job Summary
Emirates National Copper Factory LLC is looking for an experienced Enamel Operator to join our Production Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating enameling machines, ensuring product quality, maintaining production efficiency, and following all safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor enameling machines.
- Set up machines according to production specifications.
- Monitor enamel coating quality and machine performance.
- Perform routine quality checks and record production data.
- Follow company QHSE policies and procedures.
- Achieve daily production targets while minimizing material waste.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or ITI/Diploma in a technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Enamel Operator in a copper wire, cable, or similar manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of enameling process and production machinery.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Preferred
- GCC manufacturing experience is an advantage.
- Experience in copper wire enameling is highly preferred.
