- Analyze repeat repairs and implement quality improvement measures.
- Maintain 5S and HSE standards across the workshop.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- High School or Diploma in Automobile, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Automotive Technical Certification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a technician role.
- Strong communication, team leadership, and problem-solving skills.
