We are looking for a qualified and experienced HSE Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in delivering Health, Safety, and Environment training programs, especially within the industrial and Oil & Gas sectors.
The candidate will be responsible for conducting HSE training sessions, preparing training materials, assessing trainees, and ensuring that all training activities meet professional safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver HSE training programs to trainees and employees
- Prepare and update training materials, presentations, and assessments
- Conduct practical and theoretical training sessions
- Evaluate trainees’ performance and provide feedback
- Ensure training delivery complies with safety standards and industry requirements
- Maintain training records and attendance reports
- Promote a strong safety culture among trainees
- Support the development of HSE training plans and programs
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Health & Safety, Mechanical Engineering, or any related field
- Safety certificates such as IOSH, NEBOSH, or OTHM
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Trainer
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial field / Oil & Gas sector
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good knowledge of HSE standards, risk assessment, and workplace safety practices
