Team Leader – Telesales (Etisalat Channel Partner – SME) Jobs in Dubai at DIGITWISE (DU SME PARTNER )
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of telesales executives to achieve sales targets
- Drive SME product sales for Etisalat (Business plans, internet, telecom solutions, etc.)
- Monitor daily performance, call quality, and productivity of the team
- Provide coaching, training, and continuous performance feedback
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and scripts
- Ensure team meets KPIs such as conversion rate, revenue, and call targets
- Handle escalations and support team members in closing deals
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
- Coordinate with management and Etisalat stakeholders when required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
